Celebrating the success of the 2024 Medical Mission Caravan

Tau Ωmega Mu International (TOM) successfully carried out the 2024 Medical Mission Caravan in partnership with the Provincial Government of Southern Leyte, Department of Justice (DOJ) Parole and Probation Administration Region 8, Tau Ωmega Mu Fraternity and the Ladies’ Circle, and the Local Government Units (LGUs) of Macrohon, Pintuyan, and Anahawan, bringing much-needed services to the people of Southern Leyte.

Led locally by Medical Director Dr. Elwin Jay Yu and Project Coordinator Lovella Libertad and internationally by TΩM International’s Governor Vivian Oledan-Workman and former Governor Maya Africa-Campana, this initiative provided FREE medical consultations, dental services, circumcision, reading glasses, medicines, vitamins, and cataract surgeries in partnership with SOYPH, EVMC, and Eye Hear Foundation. The services and medications delivered were valued at over 12 million pesos, including medicines donated locally and from the US valued at 1.5 million pesos – with special thanks to JVZEA Pharmaceuticals.
