TOM International recognizes twenty-six outstanding students with Latin honors across three academic institutions in the Philippines through its Academic Excellence Incentive Program (AEIP). The AEIP places a strong emphasis on academic achievement and is open to all Omegan residents who meet its stringent criteria.

To be eligible for recognition under the AEIP, residents must maintain a GPA of 1.75 or higher throughout the academic year. Omegans who meet these criteria are rewarded with tangible incentives, including certificates, monetary awards, and commemorative necklaces, symbolizing their dedication and hard work in achieving academic success. Moreover, the AEIP extends its recognition to Omegan scholars graduating with Latin Honors and those who excel in board examinations, fostering a culture of academic excellence across various fields and professions.
